How self-pay works
Prices before you book
Each service has a flat price posted on this site, so you know the cost up front.
Pay at the visit
Card or Zelle. No insurance paperwork and no waiting for a claim to be approved.
Itemized receipt
A detailed receipt for your records, your HSA or FSA, or a reimbursement claim.
Your language
Care in English, Spanish or Portuguese, from scheduling to the visit.
Who self-pay care is for
- People without health insurance.
- People with high-deductible plans who pay out of pocket for routine care anyway.
- New arrivals and visitors in Florida. If you have travel insurance, ask your insurer whether it reimburses visits; we give you an itemized receipt.
- Anyone who wants a simple, clear price.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, if you do not have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges. You receive it when you schedule a service at least 3 business days ahead, or within 3 business days after you ask for one.
If your bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.

Self-pay questions
Do you take insurance?
We work on a self-pay basis: you pay the clinic directly at the visit. We give you an itemized receipt you can submit to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement; coverage depends on your plan.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
HSA and FSA funds can generally be used for medical care. If your HSA or FSA card works as a debit card, you can pay with it like any card. Check your plan's rules.
Can I get a Good Faith Estimate?
Yes. Ask when you schedule, or at any time, and we will give it to you in writing.
Where can I see the prices?
On each service page. Prices will be posted before we open.
Do you see people who just moved to Florida?
Yes. Anyone can be seen at the clinic, and telehealth is available to patients who are in Florida during the visit.
When do you open?
We are finalizing the last details. Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form and we will let you know.
